As a 3D modeler at Mirrativ, you will be entrusted with creating 3D models of items and costumes for Emomo, an avatar feature on Mirrativ. As costumes have a great impact on the success of the app, we are looking for a 3D modeler who designs quality costumes that users will be inspired by. You will also have the opportunity to work on new projects and features related to Emomo. 

・Key Responsibilities
- 3D modeling of costumes and items in Unity
- Create animations for gifts on Mirrativ using Unity Timeline
- Creating 3D assets for original games

【Our team】
The team, which consists of 11 members (including outsourcing and temporary staff) , is working on a wide range of tasks, including making costumes for avatars, designing motions, developing live games, managing outsourcing projects, and developing new features. 

In order to achieve high-quality results while keeping the deadline consistently, we strive to enhance the communication among team members, to improve the creation environment, and to organize schedules. You can choose creation tools that suit you, including Maya or Zbrush for modeling, and Substance painter or Blender for texture painting.

【About the product】
Mirrativ is a communication service where users can stream a game with just a couple of taps on their mobile phones. 25% of the users on Mirrativ are game streamers, which is one of the highest rates in Japan. “Emomo” is a feature on Mirrativ that allows users to create their own avatars. The avatars can be used to communicate with other users while streaming games, including taking pictures together. There are also avatar games, such as “Emomo Run” and “Emomo Battle Drop”. We aim to create a world where everyone has Emomo, and everyone can have enjoyable game streaming and communication experiences on Mirrativ.

Required Skills and Experiences

■ Requirements ・ Hands-on experience in DCC tools (Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, etc.) ■ Nice to haves ・Experience in creating a character or its costume with toon rendering ・Experience in Unity ・Experience in creating visual effects, animations, and uGUI in Unity ・Those who can produce variety of expressions within limited context such as 3DLook development in Unity ■ Ideal candidates ・Those who understand and can demonstrate our vision, who are happy to follow our credo ・Highly motivated lifelong learners ・Those who like to try new things ・Those who are user-oriented ・Proactive problem solvers. Graduates with several years of work experience in any field are welcomed. This is a perfect position for those who wish to start a career in 3D development and design.

Working Condition

【Work location】	
2-10-11 Meguro, Meguro-ku, Tokyo 153-0063 Meguro Yamate Place 8th floor 9th floor
In principle, it is a full remote work. Depending on the purpose and need, we may instruct you to come to work when it is effective.

Flextime system 10:30 to 19:30 (core time: 11:30 to 15:30)
