Job Description

■Recruitment Background
At Belong, we are building an ecosystem of used mobile devices based on our mission to "Deliver next value to where we belong”.
We are looking for an engineer to build a data analysis infrastructure to store data generated from various services into appropriate data storage, mainly BigQuery, and then investigate, analyze and utilize the data.
Belong Inc. generates a variety of data,  such as pricing data, access logs and sales KPIs on a daily basis. These data are stored in MySQL (CloudSQL), NoSQL (Firebase), Spreadsheet, etc., and can be viewed in platforms, such as Google Cloud , SaaS, etc.
Even though we still store necessary data in BigQuery to enable analysis of big data, we are looking for a person who can build and operate a system for data utilization because the amount of data we handle increases. We welcome candidates who have experience with BigQuery or ETL construction, however, candidates who have experience in development and SQL as a software engineer and would like to learn more about BigQuery and other data analysis platforms are also welcomed.

■Responsibilities
・Construction and operation of analysis infrastructures for KPI data, such as access logs, advertisement, etc.information generated from services
・Construction and operation of  analysis infrastructures for application logs generated by Google Cloud
・Construction and operation of analysis infrastructure for price information data held by the company
・Dashboard construction using BI tools,  such as Google DataPortal

Required Skills and Experiences

■ Required Skills/Experience Degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent practical experience Understanding of SDLC, including version control systems and CI/CD Experience with programming languages such as Python and Go Experience in building data analysis infrastructure and understanding of its practices Experience with RDB and SQL and understanding of its practices ■Preferred Skills/Experience Experience developing and operating Google Cloud products such as BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Composer, etc. Experience with Spark Experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch Experience building dashboards using DataPortal, Tableau, or other BI tools ■Ideal Applicants You must share Belong's mission "Deliver the next value that you can be proud of to your loved ones.
