Job Description

Mitsui Kinzoku has always been active in the "Functional Materials and Metals Business" dealing with rare metals and copper, "Mobility Business" dealing with automotive parts, and "Other Business Creation", accelerating new ideas in 12 countries around the world with the fusion of materials and technology.

Mitsui Kinzoku Yoursoft, which we describe as "Mitsui Kinzoku = Brave", supports the entire group by developing and implementing mission-critical systems as the group's only information-related subsidiary.

■Background of Recruitment
This is an increase in the number of employees due to the expansion of the S/4HANA group.

From April 2022, S/4 HANA, which will be the foundation for the realization of the Medium-Term Management Plan '22, will be in operation at about 40 companies and 70 bases (including overseas bases) of the Mitsui Kinzoku Group. In line with this, we are looking for colleagues who can work with us to expand the utilization of BO and SAC in order to achieve the visualization of business operations necessary for DX promotion.

■Responsibilities
You will belong to a sub-team that promotes the introduction and utilization of BO and SAC, and you will be expected to perform the following tasks while sharing the responsibility.
・Conduct interviews with users at each site in line with the concepts that have already been formulated, and define requirements and detailed design for functional expansion.
・Organize data utilization methods and design and develop reports in BO and SAC in line with the above.
・Maintenance and support of each function after it goes live (for the entire group companies).
This is an area that Yoursoft will be scaling up in the future, and as there is currently no dedicated person in charge, you will promote the project as the leading person within the company in cooperation with partner companies.

We expect you to grow into a high-level IT professional who can not only lead a team but also proactively create added value by looking at the entire project from a bird's eye view.

■Salary	
Annual revenue: 4,690,000 yen - 8,400,000 yen
◆Monthly salary: 276,300 yen～
*Trial period: 3 months (no change from the current employment)

◆Reference annual salary: 7.69million yen

(Estimated annual salary: 6,085,600 yen + overtime allowance of 407,826yen + rental assistance of 1,200,000 yen)
*Calculated based on 13.9 hours/month of overtime
