【Development and design of systems for sales management, accounting, etc. 】 How does the IT industry work? What is the development process? We will answer all your questions such as "How does the IT industry work?

【Specifically】
You will participate in a project at the customer's site and be entrusted with processes such as requirement definition, development, testing, and release, depending on your wishes.

・Automation systems to improve efficiency of factory operations
・Web systems for sales and customer management
・Payroll calculation software
・IOS and Android application development
・Development of mission-critical systems for telecommunications companies, etc.

■Flow after joining the company
◎First month
　First, you will learn about the IT industry in general through e-learning.
Second month
　Practice simple operations using actual languages and databases.
◎3rd month
　Practice reading application code.
　Once you can read basic code, try your hand at customizing code!
From the 4th month
　Training tailored to the project to which you will be assigned.
◎After completing training 《Engineering Debut》.
　Our sales staff will explain to you what kind of projects are available, and together you will decide which project you will participate in.
　As soon as a project is decided, you will be assigned to a client.
