Job Description

This is a position to lead product development as a project manager in an engineering organization that is responsible for creating the products that form the foundation of the company, in cooperation with the CTO and product owners. You will be responsible for either new or existing products.

【Business Overview】
In a nutshell, we are a tech company that provides "Legalscape," a product that is the legal version of Google. Legalscape was created to digitize all legal information and convert it from PDFs and other formats into a highly machine-readable form, making it easy for anyone dealing with Japanese law to understand and see at a glance. Legalscape has already been adopted by major law firms and the legal departments of major corporations that are well known to everyone, and we are now planning a strategy for further growth. In addition to further updating and increasing the number of users of "Legalscape," which is our main business pillar, we are also launching new projects focusing on the legal field that will become our second and third pillars.

【Recruitment Background / Mission】
Currently, we have a CTO, product owner, and a team of 5 engineers, but with the rapid growth of our business, we are looking to increase the number of product team members and create an organization in which engineers can perform at their best. We have been focusing on the "Legalscape" business, but now we are at the point where several major projects have started to take off, and it is important to ensure that the business is moving forward. This is a project manager position where you will be entrusted with project management, process design and improvement, etc. Depending on the project you are in charge of, you may be asked to take responsibility for external stakeholders. 【Specifically】
・Project management: QCD control and progress management of development projects
・Development resource management: Appropriate allocation of development resources in accordance with priorities
・Improvement of project process: design of meeting bodies and effective information sharing.
・Communication, negotiation and coordination with other teams and external stakeholders
*Assume that you will be in charge of the project in cooperation with the CTO and product owner.

Required Skills and Experiences

■Work Hours
Flextime system
Full flex time
Come to work 1-2 times a week, work remotely 3-4 times a week

■Salary increase and bonus
Salary table is expected to be updated in several phases as the company grows.
