【Recruitment Background】
The company aims to expand the number of users to 5 million and 10 million in the future by developing new functions, making improvements after the launch of new functions, and conducting other valuable development activities that will be used by users.
Because of this “diversity,” there are as many as 450 categories, and the service delivery methods are diverse, including text, telephone, and video, and the purchase methods are also diverse, including regular, subscription, and quotation purchases, depending on the service. As a result, the marketplace for skills, including competitors' marketplaces, must realize a world where it is the best match for both buyers and sellers with the same offerings.
In addition to the core service, the company has also created the number of users in various positions, including both individual and corporate users, is dramatically increasing, making matching more important by the day.
Therefore, they plan to strengthen their team by hiring a new person who can build and operate the data integration between the product backend and the search engine (ElasticSearch) to improve the search experience.

【Responsibilities】
You will be responsible for R&D Engineering in the R&D group.
You will build and operate data integration with a search engine (ElasticSearch) to improve the search functionality of the product backend.

Specifically
Design/build/operate search system
Recommendation system design/build/operation
Fraud detection system infrastructure design/build/operation
Definition and maintenance of SLO and SLI of data collection infrastructure
Management and operation of data analysis tools

Development Environment

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】 Experience in building and operating data infrastructure (DWH) with cloud (especially GCP, or AWS, Azure) Experience in building and operating an ETL environment (data extraction, processing, and exporting) Experience in development using Python Experience managing and operating data analysis tools (Looker, Redash, Tableau, etc.) 【Preferred】 Experience and knowledge related to fraud detection Experience in developing machine learning models Experience with MLOps (design / build / operation)
