Education: BE/BTech/ME/MTech (CSE, IT or ECE)/MCA
Experience: 10 - 14 years
Grade: E5 - EPM
Mandatory Skills:
- Program/Project Management, Customer, Stakeholders management, People management skills for large and complex programs with ~30-40 team size preferably in Wireless (3G/LTE/5G) domain (or wireline domain)
- Strong Communication, Presentation, Conflict Handling, Analytical Skills, Collaborative, Cheerful
- Strong proficiency in Japanese and English languages, Experience in working with Japanese clients
Desirable Skills:
- Wireless Product Development (Including integration on Target HW/SoC) experience in 3G/LTE/5G Domains
- Well versed in SW Development using Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
