【About this position】
■Your role
As a specialist in the AI business, we are promoting the AI revolution by introducing AI solutions to each industry and creating new value. Utilizing machine learning such as deep learning, we have developed prediction / optimization analysis algorithms, big data analysis, algorithms, etc., and are adapting to various industries such as construction and finance.

While identifying issues in the world, we design and plan from a technical point of view how to approach AI in which industry, manage the development team, and lead business development in cooperation with project managers.

■Responsibilities
・ Formulate plans and designs to solve project issues based on knowledge and experience of a wide range of technologies from AI to systems
・ Final technical decisions and priorities for the team
・ Collaborate with project managers and business consultants to discuss policies and negotiate customers to achieve project goals.
・ Utilizing the knowledge of mathematics and information science, observe and analyze data to ensure AI performance
・ Leading development with high mounting capability
・ Improve and maintain product quality in team development through code reviews and test design
・ Support team members as mentors / advisors
・ Advice and actions for problem solving
・ Collaboration with Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Engineering Manager

Required Skills and Experiences

Working Condition

Working Hours
Working hours: 10:00-19:00 (8 hours)
Break time: 60 minutes
Telecommuting and flexible work hours are available with prior application and permission (core hours: 11:00-15:00).
(Core time: 11:00-15:00) ・For professional discretionary work system, 8 hours per day will be considered as working.
If, as a result of an interview and upon mutual consultation, a time-controlled labor system is adopted, a fixed overtime hourly rate of 20-45 hours will be paid.

Vacations and Vacations
Annual holidays: 123 days *2 days off per week (Sat. and Sun.), national holidays
Annual paid vacations: 10 days granted after 6 months of continuous service. Maximum 23 days)
