This is a position where you can take on the challenge of planning and executing measures for the further growth of our core business, contracted development services, and leading new prime projects.

We have a system in which a team of about 7 to 15 people is formed for each project to promote development.
Therefore, we are looking for front-end engineers, designers, server-side engineers, PMs, etc., who belong to different organizations.

■Required At least 1 year of working experience with Android Kotlin Experience in releasing Android applications Knowledge of material design Understanding of reactive programming Understanding of MVVM Understanding of Kotlin Coroutine ■Preferred Experience leading development in a technical role such as tech lead Understanding of clean architecture and Flux Experience with Jetpack Compose Experience delivering large scale projects Experience designing DBs for native applications using Realm and SQLite Experience with Firebase/Firestore Experience in communicative team development Understanding of reactive programming ■Ideal Applicants Those who share our MVV philosophy. Shibuya Head Office: Flexible working hours: 9:00-18:00 (8 hours per day, 60 minutes break)
*Core time: 11:00-17:00
Kumamoto Studio：9:00-18:00

■Holiday / Vacations
2 days off per week (Sat. and Sun.), national holidays, summer vacation, year-end and New Year vacations, paid vacations (10 days granted after 6 months of full-time employment), congratulation or condolence leave, maternity leave, childcare leave, nursing care leave, lucky 7days system (7 days of special leave that can be used during the 6 months immediately after employment until paid vacations are granted)
