As a consultant or senior consultant, you will gain a deep understanding of the client's business and derive insights through analysis of data.
You will also take the lead in actually considering measures, incorporating them into the business, and measuring their effectiveness while involving the client.
You will also be required to build relationships with clients and train assistants.

Established in 2016, we already have over 200 employees and our performance continues to grow steadily.
More than 80% of them are engineers, and we have engineers with a wide range of skills.
As a result of steadily accumulating trust and achievements, we now receive many requests from major companies through word of mouth and referrals from clients.
In order to respond to more inquiries in the future, we are planning to expand our organization by welcoming new employees.

Required Skills and Experiences

Required Requirements/Skills] University degree or above Experience in analysis using SQL, R, or Python Welcome to our team. Those who meet any of the following conditions Experience in consulting firms Experience in machine learning such as deep learning and reinforcement learning Experience in operationalization (ML&Ops) of AI training, scoring, accuracy monitoring, etc. Experience in BI tool implementation and reporting

Shibuya Head Office (remote employment is available)
Kumamoto Studio (some remote positions available)

Working hours
Shibuya Head Office: Flexible working hours (8 hours per day, 60 minutes break)
Core hours: 11:00-17:00
Kumamoto Studio：9:00-18:00

Vacations and Vacations
2 days off per week (Sat. and Sun.), national holidays, summer vacation, year-end and New Year vacations, paid vacations (10 days granted after 6 months of full-time employment), congratulation or condolence leave, maternity leave, childcare leave, nursing care leave, lucky 7days system (7 days of special leave that can be used during the 6 months immediately after employment until paid vacations are granted)
