■Recruitment Background
The company develops and sells the "iJIT" production management system for automotive parts manufacturers. In recent years, inquiries from customers have been increasing, and the company is looking to strengthen its organizational structure to meet customer needs.

■Outline of the job
You will be working as a programmer  for the company's system "iJIT".

■About the product you will be in charge of
iJIT is a production management system specialized in the Toyota Production System. While there are many general-purpose production management systems that are not specific to any industry, iJIT is highly regarded as a rarity among the competition.
Main customers: Toyota Motor Corporation related parts manufacturers

≪Development Environment≫
iJIT" is characterized by its ability to be developed in accordance with the customer's requirements, and the following environment and languages are used in most cases.
OS: Windows, Linux / DB: PostgreSQL, Oracle, Db2 / Language: PHP, Java

■Work Contents
Participate in the development and customization of new packages from detailed design documents, as well as maintenance and additional development for companies that have implemented thae package.

■Project Details
Project scale varies from 40-50 million yen to several hundred million yen. Therefore, the number of project members also varies, with some projects being handled by two or three people and others by dozens of people.

We are a system company independent from Gifu Auto Body Industries. In order to continue doing business with Toyota companies, it is important to understand Toyota's terminology and work procedures.
