Our company actively accepts orders for niche projects where engineers can feel the joy and pleasure of development.
However, as the size of the company grows, management needs to be strengthened.
Therefore, we are looking for a person who can manage from the perspective of an engineer as a playing manager.

■Responsibilities
【We are looking for someone who can manage from the viewpoint of a technical expert. We expect you to play a role as a playing manager】
There are several projects, and you will be assigned according to your own orientation and wishes.
When you become accustomed to the way of working, we will entrust you with a project as a leader.

■Job description
When initially hired, you will be in charge of PM.PL of one of the following jobs.
This is an important position where you will develop better products, manage the team and raise the level of technical skills.

・Promote upstream processes such as requirement definition and basic design, and manage quality/schedule/cost control and management operations and project teams in construction design.
・ Architect of the application
・Training and management of engineers
・Implementation of measures to improve quality and technical capabilities, etc.

＜Examples of projects＞
・Research and development support ... Visualization for research presentations (web, smartphone apps), programming of paper content, prototyping of research results to commercialization, and creation of tools for research and university use.
・Contracted development ... System and application development, program porting, research/PoC creation
・In-house product development ... distributed web crawler engines, data collection and analysis tools for specific fields, automated web application testing tools, curation site generation tools

In addition, there are several other projects, which will be assigned according to your own preferences and desires.

【Working hours】
Flextime system Standard working hours: 8 hours per day (core time: 12:00~16:00)

■Assumed annual salary
6 million yen to 7.99 million yen

Monthly salary
Monthly salary 400,000 yen～
Including basic salary of 330,000 yen～/month

■Salary increase: Once a year (April) *Depending on ability.
