◆Overview
The company's independently developed CX platform is consistently used from planning to development and implementation.
They are developing a CX platform that connects users' LINE, Facebook, websites, native apps, and smart speakers with various services such as corporate MA/CRM, Saleforce, and chatbot, to improve the customer experience (CX) by enabling convenient and comfortable communication for everyone. 
As a project manager, you will be responsible for the management of people, goods, and money.
You will be in charge of the upstream area of the project, as the development will be done by the company or by cooperating members.

◆Responsibilities
・Hearing, presentation, and negotiation of client companies' issues and needs
・Planning of solutions using our services and preparation of proposals
・Overall design, requirement definition, and project management for the introduction of our services
・Communication with development team members and other departments

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】・2+ years of experience in IT project management (any size) ・Experience in IT solution pre-sales ・Ability to create proposal documents using Word/Excel/PowerPoint 【Preferred】 Those who want to step up to upstream process from PG/SE Those who have experience in sales of system products Experience in PHP and Java development Experience in supporting CRM system implementation Those who feel real pleasure in team activities
