■Recruitment Background
・Increasing the number of employees
Following the digitalization trend, we also need to strengthen our DX human resources in order to achieve digital transformation.

For the past 10 years, we have been introducing mainly cloud-based systems,
The challenge is to further contribute to our business by utilizing the data collected by these systems.

In particular, programming technology is indispensable for the promotion of DX themes, and we urgently need to supplement our technical staff who can produce these in-house.


■Job Description
We are looking for an engineer who can develop, operate, and maintain systems that meet the challenges and needs of IT utilization in the automotive parts manufacturing industry.

<Specifically>-
・Coordinate and discuss with internal system user departments to define requirements and prepare specifications.
・Develop, operate, and maintain systems using programming languages and frameworks. （Develop, operate, and maintain systems using programming languages and frameworks (e.g. Python, SQL, PowerShell, VBA, etc.)
・Propose and implement system improvements and optimization.


■Development environment
<In-house tools>
BI: Microstrategy, Just.db
DB: ORACLE/SQL Server
Quality control of testing and debugging related to the above.

・ICT Promotion Office" is a department that supports internal business systems and ICT infrastructure.
・Number of employees: 23

・As an administrative and indirect department that supports manufacturing, the ideal candidate will have a positive mindset, a desire to improve, and be able to communicate proactively.
・This is an organization where problems are not forced on individuals but can be solved as a team.

Seibu Shinjuku Line "Sayama-shi" Station　Get off at West Exit
〇Take Seibu Bus bound for Nissei Danchi, get off at the last stop "Nissei Danchi", 10 minutes walk. 
〇Take Seibu Bus bound for Chikozan Koen, get off at Sayama Kogyo Danchi Kita and walk 3 minutes.

<Domestic transfers>
More than half of the 23 members of the ICT Promotion Office have been transferred within Japan, as branches of the ICT Promotion Office have been established in Suzuka City, Mie Prefecture, and Sakura City, Tochigi Prefecture.

However, since there are not frequent transfers, we consider placement based on personal circumstances and other factors at the time.

<Overseas transfers>
Two employees (North America and China) in the past 10 years. 
Although unlikely, mission-complete expatriation is possible in line with large-scale system implementation projects at overseas locations.

<About business trips>
Since branches of the ICT Promotion Office have been established in Suzuka City, Mie Prefecture, and Sakura City, Tochigi Prefecture, business trips are required when promoting themes (several times a year).
Overseas, there is a possibility of long-term business trips for large-scale system implementation projects.


■Assumed annual salary
Monthly salary: 230,000 yen - 420,000 yen (*Assumed annual salary: 3,700,000 yen - 7,000,000 yen)
