The Engineering Manager is an extremely important position that bridges management and development. As the next core member to accelerate the business, you will work on product promotion alongside executives, the Product Development Manager (PDM), and the General Manager (GM). While understanding the intentions of the management, you will be expected to provide "technical leadership" and "manage the work and career development of the engineering team."
