This recruitment aims to strengthen the organizational structure of our internal DX Promotion Department.

【Job Description】
This is a position within our internal IT department. Based on your experience, you will be responsible for one of the following areas:
1) Internal system development
2) Salesforce

1) Internal system development
You will promote internal digital transformation (DX) in collaboration with employees in charge of production, sales, and procurement, as well as development partners. Specifically, development and operational support for core systems and peripheral systems utilizing SAP, AWS, Azure, etc.

2) Salesforce
We will develop, maintain, and make proposals to achieve business goals and improve on-site efficiency by utilizing Salesforce in sales, marketing, call center, customer support, data analysis, back office, and other operations.


【Background for Establishing the DX Promotion Department】
The DX Promotion Department was established in response to feedback from various departments within the company. There was a strong demand to improve the integration and efficiency of core systems, sales systems, and production management systems.


【Work Environment】
・Working at the head office in Aichi Prefecture.
・We have a diverse workforce with many foreign employees, including both full-time and temporary staff.
・Nationalities of Foreign Employees: India, China, United Kingdom, United States, Brazil, Taiwan, South Korea, Poland, Australia


【Internal Language
The primary language for work is Japanese.

Required Skills and Experiences

Working Condition

■Employment Type
Full-time employee
Trial period: 6 months (3% reduction in base salary during the trial period)


■Work location
Head office (Chiryu City, Aichi Prefecture)
※Remote work may be available a few times a week depending on the situation; however, this is not a full-remote position.


■Assumed Annual Salary
・We will determine the salary based on the current annual salary and your past experience/skills.
・Salary increase once a year (April)
・Bonus: Twice a year (July/December)


■Working Hours
・Flexible working hours
・Core time: 10:30-15:00
・Flexible hours: 7:15-10:30, 15:00-22:00
・Standard work hours: 8:30-17:00 (8:45-17:15 at Tokyo and Osaka branches)
・Monthly average of overtime: 30 hours or less
