As a member of upstream project processes, you will work closely with clients to deeply understand their challenges, lead requirement definitions and basic designs, and deliver high-quality solutions throughout the project lifecycle. The role goes beyond system construction and operations, focusing on driving impactful project outcomes.

Many projects employ Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for efficient and reproducible infrastructure setups. Our organization actively adopts new technologies, ensuring a culture of continuous innovation.

[Key Responsibilities]
・Conduct proposal activities to secure projects (e.g., client needs assessment, solution proposals)
・Participate in upstream processes such as requirement definitions and basic designs
・Manage projects, including progress, issue, and risk management, as well as team member oversight

[Team & Project Structure]
・Team Size: Approximately 50 members (ages ranging from 20s to 50s)
・Project Scale: Small teams of 2–3 members, with budgets ranging from tens of millions to 1 billion yen
