[About the operating conditions].
- Limitations on work locations

Required Skills and Experiences

[Mandatory Requirements] - 7+ years of experience in the engineering field (at least 3 years of which as a manager) and experience with a minimum of 5 direct reports - Proven track record of managing successful projects - Understanding of engineering best practices, methodologies and tools such as Agile/Scrum, test automation, CI/CD, etc. - Familiarity with industry-specific standards, regulations, and compliance requirements - Experience developing products using LLM (side projects are welcome!) [Langeage] Business level English and Japanese language skills [Preferred Requirements] - 10+ years of engineering experience - Experience launching products and services from scratch - Experience running applications that scale in a production environment [Skills and experience gained] - Ability to think strategically and analyze market trends in response to new business development in a rapidly growing company with an eye on IPO - Experience in managing a wide range of products and development organizations to drive business expansion - Experience developing markets at a startup-like speed and executing product development and business strategy [Desired Candidate Profile] - Flexibility to adapt in building relationships with stakeholders from different cultures and backgrounds - Have a positive attitude to contribute to the overall team to achieve its goals.
