【 Job Description 】
You will be responsible for managing a wide range of projects while coordinating with business teams, directors, related departments, and clients. Additionally, you will engage in organizational management, including resource planning, budget control, member development, and problem-solving within the organization.

≪ Key Responsibilities ≫
　・Project management and execution
　・Negotiation and coordination with related departments and clients
　・Technology selection in collaboration with tech leads
　・End-to-end development: from requirement definition to design, implementation, and maintenance
　・Cost management
　・Resource planning based on project plans
　・Team structure planning and establishment
　・Team operations (1-on-1 meetings, motivation management, mental health support)
　・Identifying organizational challenges and proposing solutions
　・Goal setting, performance evaluation, and talent development

≪ Work Approach ≫
You will first join the development team to familiarize yourself with our development methods and culture.
Afterward, as an Engineering Manager, you will take on leadership responsibilities for project management and team development.

Required Skills and Experiences

[ Mandatory Requirements ] 　- 5+ years of work experience in integrated software development from requirements definition to design, implementation, maintenance and operation 　- Experience managing and driving multiple projects simultaneously 　- Experience in member management ▼Required Languages Skills 　- Business level Japanese language skills (N1) 　- English skill is a plus [ Preferred Requirements ] 　- Experience and knowledge of Agile and Scrum development 　- Experience in project planning, cost management, and workforce planning 　- Experience in proposing UI/UX improvements 　- Experience in technology selection and architecture design [ Desired Candidate Profile ] 　- Able to calmly analyze complex issues and find effective solutions 　- Interested in the latest technological trends and willing to learn.
