[ Recruitment Background ]
You will be responsible for the product development and management of "SPIRAL," our core low-code development platform.
We are looking for a Product Manager who can drive business expansion.


[ What is SPIRAL ? ]
SPIRAL®︎ ver.1 is a low-code development platform for building web applications. It has been provided to customers for over 20 years, with a total of 13,000 companies having implemented it to date.
The platform is characterized by its seamless integration with external systems and advanced customization capabilities using PHP and APIs.

[ Key Responsibilities ]
• Product Strategy Development
　‐ Define the product vision and roadmap based on market analysis, competitor research, and user insights.
• Development Process Management
　- Collaborate with the development team to manage the entire process from requirements 
definition to implementation, testing, and release.
　- Plan and oversee development sprints.
• Customer Communication
　- Gather customer feedback and incorporate their needs and concerns into the product.
　- Support customer presentations and training sessions.
• Data Analysis & Improvement Proposals
　- Monitor key product KPIs and propose and implement data-driven improvements.
• Stakeholder Coordination
　- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure the success of the product.

Required Skills and Experiences

[ Mandatory Requirements ] • 3+ years of experience in software product management or development. • Deep understanding of the entire product lifecycle. • Experience in strategy development based on market research and data analysis. • Proven experience collaborating with development teams, including engineers and designers. • Strong customer engagement and presentation skills. • Knowledge or practical experience in Agile development. • Cultural fit with the company. [ Preferred Requirements ] • Experience in managing low-code platforms or B2B SaaS products. • Knowledge or experience with low-code/no-code tools. • Data-driven decision-making skills (e.g., proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics). • Experience using or implementing project management tools. [Expected Annual Salary]
Annual salary: 7 million yen~10 million yen
Base salary: 466,000 yen
Monthly salary: 466,000 yen or more + regular bonus twice a year (paid 3 months)
*Current annual income, experience and skills will be taken into consideration.
*The above amount includes a location adjustment allowance (Tokyo: 30,000 yen per month).
*The location adjustment allowance varies depending on the region.
*Any overtime in excess of the deemed overtime will be paid separately.
*Additional allowances and commendation system are available.

Bonus: Twice a year (3 months of actual payment)
*The 3-month probationary period is not included in the bonus calculation period.

[Working Hours]
In principle, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (8 working hours with a 1-hour break)
Note: Due to the variable working hours system, the end time may vary each month.
・Break: 1 hour
・Overtime: Average 20 hours per month
