【Overview】
The company develops and accelerates encryption and security platforms.
They develop and implements new algorithms and systems for these platforms.
Through this project, they propose and develop optimal hardware accelerators.

【Responsibilities】
・Threat modeling, security requirement definition, POSIX-compliant OS environment development
・TEE implementation and evaluation
・Multi-tier isolation environment construction
・Kernel implementation, drivers, file system implementation, and acceleration

【Scope of change of business to be engaged in】
General operations as stipulated by the company

【Development Environment】
Development environment: C, C++, Rust
Other development environment: Linux, UNIX, TEE, VM, QNX, AGL
Development support tools: Git, GitHub, GitLab
Development Methodology: Agile, Scrum, Global team (multinational members)
Development content type: B2B, hardware control, embedded systems, mobility-related (automatic driving, transportation-related)

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】・Interest in and interest in security platforms ・Experience in C/C++ programming 【Preferred】・Experience with Linux kernel acceleration ・Experience in competition programming ・Experience in development project leadership

Resident allowance of 30,000 yen/month
Travel and accommodation expenses for company trips
Company expenses for social gatherings
Maintenance fee for club activities (e.g., ski club: 60,000 yen per person per year; other clubs include golf, futsal, and board game clubs)

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Number of interviews: Basically 2 times, aptitude test (quality test) *Three times may be required.
1st round selection (HR and engineer assess skills and aptitude for the position) ⇒ 2nd round interview (engineer conducts programming test) and final selection (representative or board member) Total 1.5h
