To address a projected decrease of four personnel in the design team due to international transfers for sales expansion, new members are required to drive "D-model" development and market growth.

The successful candidate will collaborate with quality assurance teams at global manufacturing sites to identify and align issues within the Quality Management System (QMS). The mission is to establish a "new" global QA framework that ensures consistent customer service standards worldwide. Key tasks include understanding internal QMS and customer requirements, utilizing English skills to lead discussions with overseas members, and executing problem-solving strategies.
