■Business Overview
We are a digital twin solutions startup promoting DX (Digital Transformation) in the real estate and construction industries. Our proprietary 3D communication platform, "ROOV," has secured over a 40% market share in the domestic newly built condominium market (ranking No. 1 in industry adoption). We are currently expanding our business operations both domestically and internationally.

■Background of Recruitment
Along with the sales growth of our core business, the 3D communication platform "ROOV," multiple new projects are underway simultaneously, including the development of a new CX platform through co-creation with major clients. In this phase of business expansion and rapid growth, we are looking for core members who will lead the technical evolution of our products and share the responsibility of expanding our organization.

■Mission of the Product Manager
Based on corporate and business strategies, the Product Manager at Style Port Inc. is responsible for formulating hypotheses, validating, and prioritizing the "WHY" (why we build it) and "WHAT" (what we build) of the product through dialogue with the business side and customers, and defining them into a development-ready state.
The mission of this position is to materialize abstract concepts into a level that the development team can execute. You will define requirements based on dialogues with clients and drive Information Architecture (IA), such as information structures and screen transitions.
In addition, you will work with various stakeholders to design development standards for "ROOV" and related products, organize common rules and design policies to maintain consistency across the entire product, and collaborate with the Engineering Manager (EM) to support the stabilization of QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery).

■Job Description
・Organize abstract premises such as customer requests and product visions, and define them as requirements and information structures that can withstand development decisions.
・Define the premises for screen layouts and transitions in each project, taking into account the priority of functions and user experiences.
・Organize common rules and design policies and operate them in a reusable format to prevent inconsistencies in decisions across multiple projects and multiple screens.
・Continuously review product value hypotheses and designs based on feedback from both business users and end-users.
・Collaborate with the Group Manager (GM) and Engineering Manager (EM) to verify and adjust the validity of development decisions and design policies.
・Organize background information and decision details within and outside the product group to create an environment where development and decision-making proceed smoothly.

■Development Environment Maintenance and Organization

- Encouraged asynchronous communication where asynchronous is sufficient. Centralize activities in Slack to prevent information from being scattered.
- Maintain a high frequency deployment environment using Amplify, GitHub Actions, etc., and a deployment system linked to SlackBot.
- Review, migration, and refactoring of libraries and stacks used
- Ticket-based task management using Wrike
