We are a digital twin solutions startup promoting DX (Digital Transformation) in the real estate and construction industries. Our proprietary 3D communication platform, "ROOV," has secured over a 40% market share in the domestic newly built condominium market (ranking No. 1 in industry adoption). We are currently expanding our business operations both domestically and internationally.


■Background of Recruitment
Along with the sales growth of our core business, the 3D communication platform "ROOV," multiple new projects are underway simultaneously, including the development of a new CX platform through co-creation with major clients. In this phase of business expansion and rapid growth, we are looking for core members who will lead the technical evolution of our products and share the responsibility of expanding our organization.


■Mission of the Project Manager
The mission of the Project Manager at our company is to work alongside clients to organize and materialize changing requirements, achieving the project's overall QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery).
We view projects not simply as "a place to develop fixed requirements," but rather as a "co-creation development process" where we materialize products while validating hypotheses together with our clients.
You will run alongside the client from the requirement-organization stage, refining requirements and scope based on prototypes and validation results. For shifting requirements, you will structure the differences from the initial requirements and the additional costs involved to build consensus among stakeholders.
This role requires the ability to organize requirements through dialogue with clients, logically sorting out "what constitutes an addition" and "what was part of the initial premise" even when facing additional requirements or specification changes, in order to make realistic QCD decisions.


■Job Description
◆Project Management to Achieve QCD
In co-creation development, the level of abstraction for requirements is high in the initial stages and becomes more concrete as the project progresses. Therefore, instead of managing projects based on fixed requirements, we place a high value on the ability to drive a project to success while organizing evolving demands. In addition to creating WBSs and managing schedules, you will be expected to control the overall progress of the project (Quality, Cost, and Delivery) while understanding the development status and technical constraints.

◆Bridging Customer Requests and the Development Team
Rather than simply accepting customer requests as they are, you will materialize them into requirements while assessing the scope of impact on development and additional costs. Especially regarding additional requests, you will play a key role in logically identifying "what is an addition" versus "what was part of the initial baseline," and building consensus with both the clients and the development team.

◆Project Operations Rooted in an Understanding of Development
We emphasize the ability to engage in realistic and practical discussions with the development team, premised on a solid understanding of development phases such as requirements definition, integration testing, and system testing. Moving beyond just drawing schedules, you will drive projects forward by evaluating where resources/man-hours are required and where potential risks lie.

- Encouraged asynchronous communication where asynchronous is sufficient. Centralize activities in Slack to prevent information from being scattered.
- Maintain a high frequency deployment environment using Amplify, GitHub Actions, etc., and a deployment system linked to SlackBot.
- Review, migration, and refactoring of libraries and stacks used
- Ticket-based task management using Wrike
- PR and code review using GitHub, and maintenance of CI environment
- Proactive introduction of efficiency tools such as figma and Miro

Required Skills and Experiences
