[Job Overview]
This position involves establishing Digital Transformation (DX) foundations for construction, inspection, and urban infrastructure as strategic solutions to infrastructure aging and labor shortages. The role leads technical strategy formulation, architectural design, development management, and team building through the development of in-house drone applications, cloud services, digital twin software, and new platforms. As the Head of Development, the successful candidate balances business growth with technical evolution in close collaboration with product managers and business divisions.

Required Skills and Experiences

[Mandatory Requirements] ・Over 5 years of professional development experience in either C or C++ ・Hands-on experience in developing sensing systems utilizing sensors such as cameras or LiDAR ・Background in systems development employing position and velocity measurement algorithms, including SLAM or Visual/LiDAR Odometry ・Technical expertise in robotics, integrating both hardware and software for robots or autonomous driving systems ・Fundamental mathematical knowledge in linear algebra, calculus, and statistics ・Management history leading a team of 5 or more members as a project leader [Preferred Requirements] ・Utilization history of robotics frameworks such as ROS ・Familiarity with kernel reconfiguration and customization ・Development experience in hard real-time systems ・Practical application of single-board computers like Jetson in professional projects ・Proven track record of development within venture or startup environments ・Hypothesis testing and verification of emerging technologies ・Implementation of advanced theoretical formulas and public algorithms onto physical devices

・Work location based primarily at the Chiba Headquarters in principle
・Remote work negotiable 1 to 2 days per week

[Expected Annual Salary]
Annual Salary: 7,000,000 JPY - 12,000,000 JPY

・Basic salary
・Fixed overtime pay equivalent to 34.5 hours
