With the number of employees and client companies steadily increasing, we are actively recruiting engineers to further expand our business.


[Job Overview]
Involved in the design and analysis of products that enrich everyday life, such as automobiles, multifunction printers, cameras, smartphones, and industrial robots.
Responsibilities may include not only downstream processes such as product development and production but also upstream processes such as defining product specifications and conducting conceptual design.


[Key Responsibilities]
・Structural design, mechanism design, enclosure design, layout design, production design, jig design, various analyses (CAE), and various evaluations.
*Your project assignments will be determined based on your preferences and career goals. 
*As we focus on local engagement, projects are primarily with major local enterprises.
*No relocation outside the prefecture after the initial assignment.

Projects span across various sectors, including manufacturing, automotive, multifunction printer, aerospace, and space industries.

＜Support System＞
・Technical Department: Focuses on fostering engineers' growth and enhancing their technical capabilities.
・Sales Department: Supports you from a business perspective, managing project acquisition and unit price negotiations with clients.

＜Design Environment＞
CAD: CATIA V5, I-DEAS, SolidWorks, Pro/E, NX, etc.

＜Project Duration & Team Size＞
・Project duration: Several months to up to 3 years, with many being relatively long-term.
・In some cases, after completing one project with a major company, engineers may continue with another project at the same company.
・Team size: From a few members to over 100 participants for large-scale projects.

＜Language＞
Meetings, specifications, and design documents are primarily conducted in Japanese.

Required Skills and Experiences

[Mandatory Requirements] ・At least 3 years of professional experience in mechanical design *Field of experience is not limited to automotive, consumer electronics, or office automation. *Academic background is not required. [Preferred Requirements] ・Experience in mechanical, structural, or housing design for automobiles, office equipment, digital devices, or industrial robots ・Experience in structural, vibration, thermal, or fluid analysis ・Experience with CAD tools (e.g., Teamcenter)

[Employment Type]
Permanent employee. Probation period: 6 months.

Initial assignment will be at the hiring office (no relocation, strong regional focus).

[Expected Annual Salary]
The annual salary ranges from ¥4,500,000 to ¥9,000,000, with a monthly salary of ¥260,000 to ¥550,000.
*our performance will be continuously evaluated and reflected in your salary.
*Your final salary will be determined based on your experience and abilities.
*There is a 6-month probationary period, with no changes to salary or benefits during this period.

★Additional Allowances
Commuting Allowance: Up to ¥50,000 per month / Overtime Allowance: Fully provided / Family Allowance / Position Allowance

<Example Annual Salaries>
・¥9,000,000 for a 37-year-old (10+ years of experience).
・¥6,500,000 for a 32-year-old (8 years of experience).
・¥4,620,000 for a 27-year-old (5 years of experience).


[Compensation & Benefits]
