Starting with the acquisition of a major US firm, VisasQ is currently expanding its business to six locations worldwide. As the number of bases and international team members continues to grow, there is a rapidly increasing need to control and operate the IT environments—which have been individually optimized at each location—in an integrated manner across the global organization.
The mission of this position is to roll out the IT strategy of the Japan headquarters to the entire global organization and achieve a consistent IT experience and governance across all locations. The Japan headquarters continues to challenge itself with new initiatives as Corporate IT in Japan, such as utilizing the latest AI tools like Claude and Gemini in operations, implementing advanced SaaS integrations, and driving internal DX. In this role, while based in Japan, you will support members worldwide through IT, planning, constructing, and operating cross-global services and operational foundations.
The mission of the Corporate IT Department, to which this position belongs, is to maximize the power of IT to boost business growth and resolve various issues within the organization. We welcome individuals who will serve as a "bridge" connecting the Japan headquarters and overseas bases, leading the company's growth phase of expanding global locations from the IT side.


【Job Description】
Planning, constructing, and operating IT services utilized globally by conducting IT planning and operational design for overseas bases in alignment with the IT strategy of the Japan headquarters.

【Job Details】
1．IT Planning for Overseas Bases
Promoting IT planning and standardization tailored to the actual conditions (laws/regulations, business practices, existing environments) of each overseas base based on the IT strategy of the Japan headquarters. Examples: Formulating IT roadmaps aligned with the needs of overseas bases, standardizing onboarding and offboarding processes for each base.

2．Planning, Construction, and Operation of Services Utilized Globally
Selecting, introducing, and operating SaaS, infrastructure, and security services used across all bases. Examples: Global access control using IdP (Okta) and MDM (Microsoft Intune, Jamf), phone and messaging operation design using Zoom Phone, etc., rebuilding workflow systems.

3．Design and Execution of Global IT Operations
Designing and executing IT operation flows that work smoothly even across different time zones and base scales in collaboration with local IT teams. Examples: Designing global helpdesk structures, operating global IT asset inventories, formulating escalation flows for incident response.

4．Communication with Overseas IT Teams
Interacting with IT members at each location on a daily basis to promote the penetration of headquarters policies, gathering local issues, and rolling out best practices laterally. Examples: Hosting regular meetings, supporting local implementation of IT initiatives at overseas bases, visualizing issues and KPIs globally.

Required Skills and Experiences
