[Job Description]
〈Phase〉
We are entrusted with one of the phases of "requirement definition, design, construction, development, and operation and maintenance" at the client's site.
〈Project〉
The average duration of a project is about two years.
Projects are basically conducted by a team of several people. 
Together with leaders and senior staff, we will build up a single system.
Some projects are of such a scale that dozens to hundreds of people are involved in the entire project.
*Scope of work content change: work determined by the company.

＜Project Examples＞
‐ Design and construction on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Planning, proposal, design, construction, and operational design of network infrastructure
- Design and construction of servers and cloud computing using virtualization technologies (Hyper-V and VMware)
- Construction and operation of LTE and smartphone related networks
- Server (Windows, Linux) operation and maintenance


[The work environment]
Number of Engineer: approximately 6,000 (including more than 300 Foreign Nationals)

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required Skills & Experience -At least 3 years of experience in design and construction as an infrastructure engineer (excl. internships) -Proficiency in Japanese (speaking, reading, and writing) (JLPT N2) *The Japanese language training in Japan will be conducted at the N2 level. -Living in a country other than Japan. -Candidates who are able to work in Japan for the mid to long term (approx. 5 years or more) ■Welcome requirement Business level English or higher

Note) There is a case to be hired as a contract employee depending on various conditions.
Trial period: 2 months

■Working hours
9:00AM ~ 6:00PM 
(Break time: 12:00AM ~ 1:00PM)
Overtime hours: 11.4 hours on average

■Assumed annual salary
Assumed annual salary: 3.9 to 9.8million yen (monthly salary + bonus + overtime)
*Salary will be determined in consideration of experience and ability.
*Bonus will be paid twice a year (previous year's actual: approximately 4 months' salary) 
   **It may change depending on the business performance.
*There is a trial period of 2 months (salary and benefits will not differ during the trial period).

Those who are new to Japan can take Japanese language and business manner training (during the first month after entering the company).
■Travel expenses covered
We will provide for your travel expenses from your country of residence.
■Visa support
TechnoPro IT will support you from visa acquisition to entry into Japan.
■Company Housing System
We will set up a rented apartment in a location that is commutable to the project to which you will be assigned. Employees are required to pay 20,000 yen for the apartment. (*Employees are responsible for their own utility expenses.)

*Eligible employees: Those residing overseas. Employees residing overseas who wish to work in Japan for personal reasons, such as having family members or fiancé(e) in Japan, are not eligible for the "travel expenses covered" and "company housing system" .
