Launched in 2022, the company’s core product utilizes machine learning and advanced technologies to structure blueprint data—considered the most critical asset within the manufacturing industry—and link it with diverse datasets, transforming raw data into powerful information assets. The platform has already seen widespread adoption by major domestic manufacturers and machining companies in Japan, and expanded its global footprint in 2023 to serve clients across the United States, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Moving forward, the company aims to look beyond blueprints to replicate and centralize broader manufacturing expertise through technology, driving macro-level optimization that spans across entire departments and supply chains. To accelerate this global expansion and deliver exceptional value abroad, the company requires a Product Manager who can collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to uncover region-specific needs, particularly within the US market.

On the development front, the company's roadmap is packed with high-impact initiatives: enhancing core data platform capabilities, developing multiple new applications on top of the platform, and scaling the infrastructure to support an exponential surge in user volume and data load. In parallel with this growth, the organization is building a truly global engineering division by onboarding non-Japanese speaking talent. Therefore, the company needs a Product Manager who can seamlessly drive product development in English, working closely with engineering teams based across its Vietnam and Japan offices.

【Responsibilities】
You will take charge of project management for the manufacturing AI data platform and its related products. Upon the approval of improvement strategies or new feature rollouts, this role is expected to lead execution from inception to completion by synthesizing diverse professional perspectives across business, operations, and development. This position goes beyond conventional administrative management; the company expects a proactive leader who can flexibly take any action necessary to ensure project success.

Identifying stakeholder expectations and making proposals and adjustments from a holistic business perspective
Implementing and embedding project management processes
Developing and executing overall project plans
Proactive change management
Coaching product managers, engineers, and others on project management skills

*Project Scale & Scope: > Projects vary widely in scale, ranging from 3 months to nearly a year in duration, with cross-functional development teams consisting of a few to dozens of engineers, including non-Japanese speaking members.

In addition to day-to-day project execution, this role will lead the strategic evaluation and structural design of a dedicated Project Management (PjM) organization capable of supporting multi-product development.
By quickly absorbing the company's overarching business strategy and combining it with past domain expertise, the candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, framing, and executing a PjM organizational strategy tailored to radically accelerate the pace of product development.

Required Skills and Experiences
