Job Description

You will be responsible for the data infrastructure of the entire company, including the core system, sales support system, web data, inventory and logistics data, and other data in the group.
Over the past several years, the company has been moving its data analysis infrastructure to the cloud, and is expanding its data infrastructure operation system in order to improve business performance by promoting the use of data globally.
The company is looking for proactive individuals who are willing to continue to change and challenge themselves without setting boundaries in their own work areas.

You will be engaged in the construction and operation of the company's data infrastructure.
・Build and operate data pipelines, data warehouses, and BI systems using AWS and other cloud-based systems
・Aggregation, processing, and provision of data distributed across various subsystems and services within the company to various systems
・Design of data models and databases suitable for data utilization

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】・Experience building and operating cloud-based distributed DBaaS such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc. ・Experience developing and operating data pipelines in Java, Python, etc. ・Experience in operating and building various PaaS/SaaS (RDS, Lambda, Fargate, EKS, etc.) in AWS ・Proactive and proactive attitude toward work, and ability to work independently. 【Preferred】・Experience in operating and building BI tools ・Experience with data analysis to contribute to business performance and change business ・Experience using OSS for data pipelines (Airflow, fluentd, Embulk, Kafka, dbt, etc.) ・Able to look beyond your own business domain to raise issues and solve problems. ・Experience managing a team of 4 or more people

Working Condition

08:30-17:15 ・Prescribed working hours: 7 hours and 45 minutes ・Overtime work after 21:30 prohibited ・Break time: 60 minutes (12:00-13:00)
