Job Description

■ What is NSD?
An independent SIer providing optimal IT environments for diverse industries and business formats. With over 10,000 system construction achievements and 4,000 engineers, the company is involved in cutting-edge and critical projects ranging from individual consulting to large-scale development.

Due to service expansion, the scope of infrastructure construction and operational service building handled by the SRE/Shared Platform team is expanding. Seeking members to contribute to this growth.

■ Mission
The Innovation Strategy Division provides both in-house and commissioned services using cloud technology. The team continually takes on the challenge of launching new services daily, emphasizing speed through continuous trial and error.

The SRE/Shared Platform Team's mission is to support the design, development, and operation of these growing services by leveraging cloud technology. The team automates system management and operational tasks, providing an environment where application engineers can focus on app development. They are also involved in the infrastructure design and construction of both in-house and commissioned services. The goal is to continually refine cloud expertise and contribute to creating better services.

■ Shared Platform Scope of Role in Projects
・The basic scope is listed; the range and content change per project.
・Scope related to Infrastructure: Requirements definition, external design, internal design, development, unit testing, integration testing, system testing, operation testing, operation and maintenance.
・May participate as an Advisor: Planning, requirements analysis.
・For operation and maintenance, the SRE/Shared Platform team is responsible for building automation mechanisms. Monitoring and daily operations are handled by the application team.
・Infrastructure construction is the responsibility of the Shared Platform team.
・Management of application programs and data is the responsibility of the application team.

Required Skills and Experiences

■ Required Requirements: Development Skills ・Proficiency in requirements definition, infrastructure design, construction, testing, operation, and maintenance of AWS-based system development. ・Skilled in coding infrastructure using IaC tools like CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform. ■ Welcome requirements ・Knowledge of and practical application with container technologies (e.g., Docker/ECS). ・Background in database design, construction, operation, and maintenance. ・Background in infrastructure security design, construction, operation, and maintenance. ・Familiarity with Identity Management concepts (Active Directory, SSO, SAML, LDAP). ■ Ideal candidate profile ・Individuals who proactively tackle tasks and value team communication. ・Candidates interested in new technologies who drive self-growth through continuous learning and application. ・Logical thinkers capable of clearly documenting and articulating concepts.

Working Condition

*The above model monthly salary for Tokyo includes a regional allowance.

 【Tokyo】6,500,000 - 10,000,000 yen 
*Annual salary is only a rough estimate and will be determined based on our company's regulations, taking experience and ability into consideration.
Bonus: 3 times a year (March, June, and December)
