With both new and existing services scaling continuously, the number of users and the social impact of the "Rakuraku Series" are growing rapidly. For instance, RAKUS has achieved a 30% year-on-year revenue growth over the past few years, reflecting high expectations from the market. Consequently, the development organization has expanded to 100, 150, and 200 members, with the potential to double in size moving forward.
This expansion drives the need for engineers across various roles, including software engineers, tech leads, and managers. [Job Overview]
・Involvement in web application development, including feature additions, performance tuning, and technical improvement or renewal for any of the products within the "Rakuraku Series" (Rakuraku Kintai, Rakuraku Seisan, Rakuraku Meisai, Rakuraku Denshi Hozon) or for new products.

[Key Responsibilities]
・Feature development spanning requirements definition, design, development, testing, and release operations
・Creation and review of development deliverables, including specification documents, design documents, and code reviews
・Support for team members regarding technical and behavioral aspects

Responsibilities for experienced candidates are divided between the management track and the specialist track.
・Management track: Project management duties, including progress management, resource management, member development, and continuous improvement activities
