■ Recruitment Background
 Looking for IT Infrastructure Professionals! Bilingual (JP/EN) leaders for technical support are especially welcome.

■ Job Description
The management of the IT technical support staffs  using both Japanese and English. Mainly responsible for IT infrastructure operation & maintenance, helpdesk operations, bilingual support for on-site services and communication with overseas vendors in English for foreign companies based in Japan.

■ Examples of main duties 
1) Management support for on-site support projects 
・Labor, quality, issue management, etc. 
・On-site work, lectures to members 
[Supported equipment] 
・Client PC, peripheral equipment 
・Network equipment 
[Specific examples of projects] ※English and Japanese required
・On-site survey of NW equipment for a major financial institution, equipment rack mounting/unmounting, cabling, etc.
・User support for a foreign company's Japan branch users (client PCs, peripherals, etc.)

2) Management support for client facing support projects in clients' office
-Labor, quality, issue management, etc. 
[Specific examples of projects] ※English and Japanese required
　-Labor management, quality control, and issue management for 6 client facing staffs stationed at the Japan branch of a foreign company as part of the user support team (client PCs, peripherals, etc.) on an outsourced basis.

Required Skills and Experiences

Working Condition

■ Employment Type: Full-time 
Trial period: 3 months

■ Estimated annual salary: 5~6 million yen
・Monthly salary: 400,000-500,000 yen + benefits + overtime paid separately + incentive bonus (twice a year)
・Salary increase: Twice a year in April and October
・Promotion: Twice a year
・Incentive bonus: Incentive bonuses are paid twice a year if the amount of contracts with customers exceeds a certain level.

■ Working hours
9:00 - 18:00
※Shift work and night shifts may be required depending on the project in which you participate.
