This position involves interviewing customer business demands and requirements, then designing and building the optimal infrastructure architecture. Responsibilities include handling a wide range of environments (on-premise, cloud, hybrid) and proposing solutions based on the latest technological trends.

・Requirements definition with clients and technical issue resolution.
・Infrastructure architecture design, construction, and operation.

Required Skills and Experiences

[ Mandatory Requirements ] *Must meet at least one of the following criteria: ・Possess deep knowledge and proven ability to build servers, networks, and databases. ・Knowledge of and operational management of OS such as Linux and Windows Server. ・Expertise in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, containers) and deployment capability. ・Practical use of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). ・Demonstrated ability in automation using shell scripts, Python, or similar languages. ・Hands-on configuration management using IaC tools like Ansible or Terraform. ・Track record serving as a Team Leader or Tech Lead. ・Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Condition

[ Employment Type ]
Full-time employee. Probationary period: 3 months.

[ Expected Annual Salary ]
Annual Salary: 7,000,000 JPY to 9,000,000 JPY

・Monthly salary system:
‐Monthly salary: 330,000 JPY or more (including base salary of 240,000 JPY or more and duties allowance of 90,000 JPY or more).
*The duties allowance covers 45 hours of deemed overtime per month.

*Includes a fixed overtime payment for 45 hours.
*Salary review once a year; bonus twice a year.
*Compensation is determined according to company regulations, considering work history and experience.
*Performance, not seniority, drives evaluation and salary increases.

[ Working Hours ]
Standard Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Actual working hours: 7 hours 30 minutes)

If flextime is necessary, employees can choose from the following alternative start times upon prior application:
・8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
・8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
・9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Break time: 60 minutes. Overtime work: Yes.
*The company implements a "No Overtime Day" twice a month.

[ Holidays and Leave ]
・Complete two days off per week (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays).
・Other leave includes paid annual leave, year-end/New Year holidays, congratulatory/condolence leave, etc.
