[Job Overview]
At our company, which promotes the development of regenerative medicine and drug discovery research, you will be responsible for the software design, development, and testing of various devices, such as automated cell culture systems.
You will contribute to the advancement of drug discovery and regenerative medicine by supporting efficiency and precision in research environments.

You can be involved in the entire process from upstream to downstream, including designing control software for automation, modifying and improving programs for existing equipment, implementing software from U.S. companies to build reagent research workflows for clients, supporting automation, and collaborating with U.S. companies (using English).

Expectations:
To advance mechanization and automation in laboratories and medical settings, you are expected to utilize existing technologies to deliver simpler and faster outputs. You will also have an environment where you can create solutions yourself if they do not exist in the world.

[Key Responsibilities]
・Hearing needs and requirements from clients (researchers)
・Planning, design, and development of systems (mainly one-off and custom-made products)
・Manufacturing, assembly, and testing of devices
・Delivery, on-site installation, setup, and meetings with clients (may involve business trips)
・Progress management and project management (PM duties) for multiple parallel projects

Practical Features and Notes:
Duties go beyond simply creating drawings or writing code on a screen, and include hands-on tasks with actual hardware.
In the final delivery phase, software engineers may need to perform simple hardware adjustments and setup tasks on-site, such as using a screwdriver to turn screws.

Notes: Annual salary ¥6,000,000–¥9,000,000 including basic salary of ¥228,000–¥571,000 and fixed overtime pay of ¥72,000–¥180,000/month

Allowances: Commuting allowance (provided based on company regulations), Equivalent fixed overtime hours: 40.0 hours/month
