Working Condition

[Employment Type]
Employment Type: Permanent employee or Contract employee (Permanent employee conversion system available)
※ Employment type will be determined in consideration of your experience.
Probation period: Yes (3 to 6 months)
※ Individually determined based on experience, skills, and job content.

[Work Location]
Location: Tokyo metropolitan area and surrounding areas (client sites)
Work Style: On-site at client locations or remote work (*Varies depending on the project)

[Expected Annual Salary]
Monthly Salary: JPY 250,000–
*Determined in accordance with company regulations, comprehensively considering candidate’s desired salary, skills, and experience (set as overall monthly salary including various allowances).
Salary Increases: Twice a year (evaluation system available)
Bonus: Once a year (based on performance and evaluation)

Allowances:
・Skill Allowance
・Fixed Overtime Allowance

During In-House Duties: Fixed overtime pay (equivalent to 20 or 30 hours) included in salary.
During Client-Site Duties: Overtime pay provided based on settlement conditions of each project.

Overtime Premium Rates:
・Prescribed Overtime: Exceeding legal limit 25% / Exceeding 60 hours 50% / Exceeding prescribed limit 25%
・Holidays: Legal holidays 35% / Non-legal holidays 25%
・Late Night: 25%

[Working Hours]
Working Hours: 8 actual working hours / 60-minute break
(1) 09:00–18:00
(2) 10:00–19:00
*Working hours vary depending on the project.
Overtime Work: Average of 10–20 hours per month (*Some project sites have no overtime)
