As a group company of the Hard Off Group, we develop and operate the systems that connect our stores, customers, and employees. The Hard Off Group has more than 1,000 specialty chain stores both in Japan and internationally, including Hard Off, which specializes in recycled goods; Off House, which handles clothing and furniture; and Hobby Off, which focuses on hobby items. Our mission is to strengthen the collaboration between all channels within our business model of purchasing, production (refurbishment), and sales. [Job Overview]
You'll be responsible for the end-to-end development of new and existing services. This includes the development, modification, rebuilding, and renewal of applications used by the Hard Off Group's hundreds of stores across Japan. Depending on your preferences and skills, you'll also have the opportunity to gain experience in various phases, including upstream processes like requirements definition and design, as well as project management.


[Key Responsibilities]
Screen design and development for new services and existing service features
Frontend development for e-commerce sites, official sites, and internal sites | Implementing design assets and improving UI, Adding new features and refining existing ones | Gathering requirements from internal teams and stores

[Work Environment]
・Hybrid Work: Once you're familiar with your duties, you can work remotely 2-3 times per week.

・Tokyo-Based Employees: If you're based in Tokyo, your first three months will be spent at our Niigata office for training.

Required Skills and Experiences

[Expected Annual Salary]
Annual Salary: ¥3,000,000 - ¥7,000,000
*Your salary will be determined based on your experience and skills.
■Salary Review: Once a year
■Bonuses: Twice a year
■Probationary Period: 3 months (with no changes to conditions)
*Part-time and freelance contracts are also available.

[Working Hours]
9:00〜18:00 (Prescribed Working Hours: 8 hours per day)
Break Time: 60 minutes
Overtime: Yes (10-20 hours per month)
