【Job Description】
Web application development utilizing offshore development (Indonesia subsidiary) for Rakuraku Seisan, including adding new features, improving performance, and making technical improvements and updates.

・Manage the progress of development projects outsourced to Indonesia.
・Communicate requirements and specifications, and confirm deliverables.

2. Development Support for the Indonesia Subsidiary
・Understand and explain/respond to any questions or issues raised in an easy-to-understand manner.
・Drive improvement activities to enhance productivity, quality, development operation rates, and technical skills in the Indonesia subsidiary.

3. Building an Optimal Team with the Indonesia Subsidiary
・Build an optimal development team for both Japanese and Indonesian sides during the initial phase.
・Optimize and improve the offshore development process between Japan and Indonesia.

4. Business Trips to the Indonesia Subsidiary
・Visit Indonesia for on-site assessments, knowledge sharing, and strengthening relationships.

Both new and existing services are scaling, and the number of users and social impact of the Rakuraku series are rapidly increasing. We are looking for engineers who will help expand products and services to meet customer expectations. The development team is primarily made up of full-time employees with in-house development.

We plan to establish an Indonesia-based development subsidiary in 2025, and as the engineering and development tasks increase, we are looking for a bridge engineer to play a key role connecting Rakus Japan and Rakus Indonesia.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required Skills】 ■3+ years of experience as a Bridge SE or 3+ years of experience in vendor control, or experience as a PL/PM managing multiple projects simultaneously (control skills are emphasized). ■Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese. ■Experience in Java code reviews. ■3+ years of work experience in Japan. ■Willingness to travel to Indonesia. ┗ Expected 1-2 trips per year, each lasting 2 weeks or more. ■Interest in becoming a Bridge SE. 【Preferred Skills】 ■Experience working in Indonesia or experience as a bridge between Japan and Indonesia.

Annual salary: ¥5,493,636 – ¥9,661,116
Monthly salary: ¥344,563 – (Base salary: ¥268,000 + Overtime allowance: ¥46,563 + Other allowances: ¥30,000)
Note: Overtime allowance for 20 hours/month is provided regardless of whether overtime work occurs.
Note: No changes to conditions during the 6-month probation period.
