Recruitment of new members due to business expansion

We are looking for a new member to join our team due to business expansion.
Project management and member management for the entire offshore development
Requirement definition and design creation
Training and follow-up of young engineers
Planning/promotion of the best solution for the client's problem
Proactive communication with development team and clients

Mainly, we are entrusted with overall management of offshore projects and member management.
Many offshore development projects are mainly using PHP (Laravel), and you will be involved in promoting projects that meet the needs and challenges of our clients.
Leadership or project management experience is not required.
