Job Description

[Business Overview]
・Comprehensive provision of services from upstream processes such as system requirements definition to design, development, and operation/maintenance, primarily for major corporations in the financial, manufacturing, and distribution industries.
・Achievement of world-standard technical capabilities and competitive development costs and response capabilities utilizing in-house offshore bases as a member of Wistron Group, a Fortune Global 500 company.
・Flexible response to diverse needs ranging from contract system development to SES and BPO, with a strong track record and clear results in solving clients' IT issues and supporting DX.

[Key Responsibilities]
・Management of system development projects as a PM/PL in our company, which has strengths in the financial, distribution, and manufacturing industries and handles the development of web systems and applications.
・Project assignment determination based on experience, covering requirements definition, basic design, detailed design, etc.
・Mainly focused on business application development.
・Project scale mainly ranges from a few members to 10 members, but also includes large-scale projects with over 20 members.
★ For a certain period immediately after joining, you will handle projects as an execution member to build trust with team members, after which you are expected to play an active role as a PM/PL.

[About the Evaluation System]
・Annual goals are set every January, and semi-annual evaluations are conducted twice a year (June and December). Based on self-evaluation, interviews are held with supervisors to discuss commendable points and areas for improvement, with results escalated to higher departments and reflected in bonuses. Individual efforts are firmly recognized and evaluated fairly regardless of tenure.
