Job Description

As a UI designer, you’ll:
Design inventive, intuitive, and fun product experiences for millions of people.
Adapt feature designs for different platforms and environments.
Quickly prototype feature designs for concept and usability testing.
Work with the company's broader team to determine user problems and goals and then deliver original solutions.
Use data to learn, refine, and iterate on your designs.
Present and explain design decisions for the rest of the company.
Give and receive feedback from other designers, and continually raise the bar for quality within your team.
Be proactive and provide solutions to organize and refine the company's product design resources and processes.

Required Skills and Experiences

Very strong visual design skills Print skills are preferred (not mandatory) Strong typography skills Capacity to think outside of the box Experience with prototyping, bringing ideas to life to test and communicate design. Solid understanding of UI best practices and modern web standards A self-motivated attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing work environment. Humility and the ability to accept and manage feedback. Thought leader Excellent communications skills A deep understanding of our product and community. Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Invision, and other visual design and wire-framing tools Understanding of basic languages (Html, CSS, Javascript) is preferred N2 or higher Japanese language skills
