With the mission of “Unleashing the Potential of the Manufacturing Industry,” the company is developing two businesses: “CADDi Manufacuring,” a one-stop partner for procurement and manufacturing, and “CADDi Drawer,” a product that converts data in the supply chain into assets.
CADDi Drawer, which will be launched in 2022, uses machine learning and other technologies to structure drawing data, which is said to be the most important data in the manufacturing industry, and link it to various types of information, enabling it to be used as an information asset. It is already being used by customers ranging from major domestic manufacturers to processing companies, and from 2023 we have begun sales overseas (in the U.S. and Vietnam).
In the future, the company aspires to become a data platform in the manufacturing industry by using technology to reproduce and consolidate manufacturing industry knowledge beyond drawings. Beyond that, they aim to transform the workstyle and culture of their customers, leading to the reformation of the entire manufacturing industry. 【Responsibilities】
You will be responsible for the UI design of “CADDi Drawer” or related products.
The mission is to maximize the value of the product and lead to behavioral changes in customers by devising and implementing effective UI solutions in collaboration with stakeholders (product managers, UIUX designers, engineers, etc.) from a broad perspective of business, operations, and development.

Another important issue is the organization of designers and the construction of a design system for future product growth, which will be worked on in parallel with UI design.

You will be mainly responsible for the following tasks, but not limited to them.

Design visual elements such as interface concepts, color schemes, typography, and icon design
Design dynamic interactions using prototyping and animation
Conducting various qualitative and quantitative research (user surveys, log analysis, inquiry analysis, etc.) and optimizing the UI based on feedback
Cross-platform design considerations and implementation

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required Experience leading a series of UX design processes (user research, prototyping, user testing, etc.) to create results Experience using any of the major design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.) Fluent business communication skills in Japanes Ability to complete daily tasks in Japanese, including text communication and meetings e.g. JLPT N1 level, 3 years of experience working in a Japanese environment, etc. *Please submit your portfolio when applying. ■Preferred Experience in UI design for web services, especially for toB products Experience participating in scrum teams Experience working for a venture/startup company Experience working in a multicultural, multilingual environment Business level English proficiency ■Ideal Applicants Empathy with the company's mission Able to face essential issues and visualize and act on ideas for solutions with a sense of ownership Able to work through positive attitude and constructive discussions in a fast changing and highly uncertain environment Communicate and discuss with an attitude of respect for others, taking into consideration their context and resolution
