Our target is social infrastructure. By using mathematical optimization AI for complex planning tasks involving too many factors for humans to handle, we convert major capital investments, fuel costs, and maintenance costs into economic benefits on the scale of hundreds of millions of yen.

You will be in charge of developing the architecture for systems equipped with AI engines, working with our cutting-edge technology. GRID provides optimization solutions using state-of-the-art technologies, such as AI and mathematical optimization, to clients across various industrial sites. Many social infrastructure sites face challenges such as "eliminating reliance on specific individuals," "addressing successor shortages," "reducing costs," and "reducing CO2 emissions." Integrating applications and AI (machine learning, generative AI, mathematical optimization, algorithms, etc.) to lead the following engineering operations:

・Leading the overall design and concept formulation of applications that seamlessly integrate with AI.
・Architectural design and implementation within AI models to maximize the characteristics of AI models.
・Leading the optimal interface design between AI and applications, as well as its continuous improvement and optimization.
・Establishing next-generation development processes premised on the utilization of LLMs and AI-Agents.

Working Condition

[Employment Type]
Permanent employee  Probation period: 6 months

[Expected Annual Salary] *Subject to adjustment based on experience, skills, and capabilities.
Annual Salary: 9,000,000 JPY to 12,000,000 JPY
・Theoretical Annual Salary = Monthly fixed salary (Base salary + Special work allowance) x 12 months + Bonus
・Special work allowance: Overtime premium allowance for 42 hours of overtime
・Bonus: Standard payment of 1 month of base salary, with the actual amount determined based on performance and evaluation, paid twice a year (February and August)

*Actual overtime hours average 10–20 hours across the company; while it becomes busy prior to delivery, there is a clear work-life balance.
