As the automotive industry transitions toward EVs, strengthening development and sales capabilities beyond traditional Honda business is essential. To address a projected decrease in the design team from 17.5 to 13.5 members due to international transfers, new personnel are required to ensure the successful advancement of "D-model" projects and market expansion.

[Job Overview]
The successful candidate will lead the development of production engineering for large resin exterior components, such as bumpers, destined for mass production. This role involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle within a team, from mold planning and equipment specification to final implementation on the production line.

Tier 1 Manufacturer with 70 Years of Heritage: The company is a leading manufacturer of fuel tanks and sunroofs, supporting global automotive production with an 80% overseas business ratio. It currently holds an 80% share for fuel tanks and a 90% share for sunroofs in Honda vehicles.

Pioneering Technology: The company successfully mass-produced Japan's first "4-material, 6-layer" fuel tank, which uses an EVOH layer to prevent hydrocarbon emissions. This industry-leading technology was first adopted by Honda’s "Insight" hybrid in 1999.

Required Skills and Experiences

[Mandatory Requirements] Applicants meeting the following criteria are eligible to apply: Resin Injection Molding: Proven background in equipment and process design for resin injection molding. This includes equipment evaluation, mold design, assembly technology, and process flow design. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Robot (RB) operation and programming. [Preferred Requirements] Experience in production technology development for resin products or painting equipment within the automotive industry. [Candidate Profile] Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years in production engineering. Industry Experience: Required (Automotive or related manufacturing). Education: High school graduate or higher. Age: Open to all age groups. Language Skills: Not required (English proficiency is a plus but not mandatory).

[Expected Annual Salary]
Annual Salary: 6,000,000 JPY – 9,500,000 JPY
Monthly Salary: 350,000 JPY – 550,000 JPY
Bonuses: Twice a year (June and December); 4.7 to 5 months' worth based on 2023 results.
Salary Increase: Annual review in April.
Notes: Management-level roles may be offered depending on experience. Final salary determined based on skills and expertise.
