We are an organization dedicated to creating "0 to 1" new businesses centered on solving social issues. Our operations cover a wide range of activities, from market research and prototyping to expanding into diverse industries such as retail and healthcare. To date, we have developed a variety of products and services, including autonomous mobile robots and healthcare applications.

■ Job Description
You will be responsible for electronic circuit design within the New Business Creation Department. Specifically, you will handle electronic circuit design and requirements definition for prototype development.
It is a fast-paced environment where our market research and product development teams collaborate closely to rapidly produce a continuous stream of prototypes.

‐We have a diverse workforce with around 40 foreign employees, including both full-time and temporary staff.

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required: Development Skills ・Experience in analog or digital circuit design. In addition to circuit design experience, candidates who possess foundational knowledge in the following areas are welcomed: ‐Power Supply Design: Including noise reduction/countermeasures. ‐Communication Technologies: Implementation of Ethernet, USB, CAN, BLE, Wi-Fi, etc. ‐Tools & Implementation: PCB, CAD, Artwork (AW) design, high-density mounting design, and design rule configuration. ‐Verification & Debugging: Signal integrity analysis, design focused on EMC/safety standards, and integrated testing. ‐System Design: Subsystem conceptualization (sensor systems, power systems, etc.), MCU selection, and global optimization of communication protocols and power configurations. ‐Architecture Design: Defining overall methods and design philosophies (design policies considering both PoC and mass-production configurations). We are looking for individuals who are naturally curious, unafraid of challenges, and can act with a sense of urgency and speed!

Working Condition

Full-time employee
Trial period: 6 months (3% reduction in base salary during the trial period)

Head office (Chiryu City, Aichi Prefecture)

■ Assumed Annual Salary
・We will determine the salary based on the current annual salary and your past experience/skills.
・Salary increase once a year (April)
・Bonus: Twice a year (July/December)

■ Working Hours
・Flexible working hours
・Core time: 10:30-15:00
・Flexible hours: 7:15-10:30, 15:00-22:00
・Standard work hours: 8:30-17:00 (8:45-17:15 at Tokyo and Osaka branches)
・Monthly average of overtime: 30 hours or less
