[Job Overview]
Development and design of drones utilized in indoor and outdoor environments. This position involves executing end-to-end development processes from research and development through to product development, formulating development schedules, and identifying system improvement points for autonomous flight drones currently under development. Technical research required for the development processes is also included within the scope of responsibility.

[Key Responsibilities]
・Specification evaluation for outdoor drones, charging stations, and peripheral equipment
・Exterior and mechanical design for outdoor drones, charging stations, and peripheral equipment
・Evaluation and testing of prototypes
・Resolution of remaining technical issues and customer requests for market-launched products
・Coordination and management with development outsourcing vendors

・Work location based primarily at the Chiba Headquarters in principle
・Remote work negotiable 1 to 2 days per week
・Indoor total smoking ban enforced at both locations

[Expected Annual Salary]
Annual Salary: 7,000,000 JPY - 14,000,000 JPY
