Required Skills and Experiences
■Mandatory Requirements
・Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher.
・At least 6 months of experience in technical support, help desk, or operator roles within the IT field.
・Minimum of 6 months in IT infrastructure operations (network, server, or infrastructure-related cloud tasks).
*Minimum of 1 year in infrastructure-related tasks for candidates coming from a software development background.
■Preferred Requirements
Possession of the following national or vendor certifications is a plus:
・National Certifications:
Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Examination (FE)
Applied Information Technology Engineer Examination (AP)
Network Specialist Examination (NW)
・Vendor Certifications:
CCNA, LPIC, ITIL, LinuC, CompTIA, AWS certifications, etc.
