The Technical Support Manager is responsible for providing technical support using both Japanese and English. Required Skills and Experiences

■Mandatory Requirements ・Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher. ・At least 6 months of experience in technical support, help desk, or operator roles within the IT field. ・Minimum of 6 months in IT infrastructure operations (network, server, or infrastructure-related cloud tasks). *Minimum of 1 year in infrastructure-related tasks for candidates coming from a software development background. ■Preferred Requirements Possession of the following national or vendor certifications is a plus: ・National Certifications: 　Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Examination (FE) 　Applied Information Technology Engineer Examination (AP) 　Network Specialist Examination (NW) ・Vendor Certifications: 　CCNA, LPIC, ITIL, LinuC, CompTIA, AWS certifications, etc.

Working Condition

■ Expected Annual Salary
・Estimated annual salary: 4 million to 4.5 million JPY.
・Monthly salary: 310,000 to 383,000 JPY plus allowances and overtime pay.
・Incentive bonuses: Paid twice a year, applicable when client contract values exceed a specified threshold.
・Salary review: Conducted twice a year (April and October).
・Promotions: Opportunities available twice a year.

■ Examples of career progression
・Initial role: Japanese-English Bilingual Help Desk (6 months), Annual Salary: 3.72 million JPY.
・Project 2: Network operations and maintenance for a foreign-affiliated company (2 years), Annual Salary: 4.50 million JPY.
・Project 3: Network design and construction including coordination with overseas vendors (Current), Annual Salary: 6.40 million JPY.
