We have a diverse team from all corners of the world and we are looking for a skilled designer to help us expand track, a platform that helps companies evaluate and train software engineering skills.

◾️Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Web UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating visually appealing and user-friendly web designs that effectively communicate our brand identity and business goals. As a Senior Web UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing exceptional user interfaces for websites and web applications, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience.

◾️Responsibilities 
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other designers to conceptualize and create visually appealing, user-centered web designs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure consistent and cohesive design across all projects.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform and refine design decisions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of design specifications and to address any design-related issues.
- Provide design leadership and mentorship to junior designers, helping them grow and develop their skills.

Required Skills and Experiences

■Application Requirements ✓Must have - A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on web design. - A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional web design projects and a deep understanding of UI/UX principles. - Experience with software engineering is a big plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. - A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web design and user experience. ✓Nice-to-have - Business level English and Japanese language proficiency ■Language English: Business level Japanese: Not Required

Working Condition

■ Expected Annual Salary
7 - 10 million yen
Monthly Salary: From ¥583,000
The above is a reference amount. The final salary will be determined based on your current annual income, skills, and experience.

- Includes fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours per month.
- Additional overtime pay will be provided for any hours exceeding the fixed allowance.

Salary Revision: Twice a year
Performance Bonus: Twice a year
