[Job Overview]
・Characterization and performance measurement of RF active components including transceivers, mixers, PAs, and LNAs
・Measurement of key RF parameters such as gain, noise figure, linearity (IP3/P1dB), EVM, and power consumption
・Execution of S-parameter, insertion loss, isolation, and return loss measurements using VNA
・Design and implementation of measurement setups integrating instruments such as VNA, SA, and SG
・Development of measurement automation scripts using Python
・System-level verification of mmWave wireless devices, including EVM, SNR, and data rates
・Documentation of measurement procedures, test plans, and data analysis results

[Project Structure and Engineer Roles]
The development team consists of multidisciplinary specialists handling everything from hardware implementation to AI-driven communication control.
・Mechanical Design Engineers: Chip mounting on glass substrates and structural design of radio relay device enclosures
・Simulation Engineers: Design of optimal wiring and antenna radiation patterns using radio wave propagation simulations
・Embedded Engineers: Development of hardware-software interfaces and implementation of device control systems
・Software Engineers: Development of optimal repeater placement algorithms and overall system architecture
・Machine Learning Engineers: Collection and analysis of propagation data and development of control algorithms to optimize beam direction
・AI Engineers: Construction of core AI logic for dynamic control of radio wave propagation paths

Required Skills and Experiences

[Mandatory Requirements] ・Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field ・Practical experience in measuring RF active components, including transceivers, mixers, PAs, and LNAs ・Proficiency in using RF measurement instruments such as VNA, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power sensors ・Demonstrated experience in noise figure measurement and EVM analysis ・Track record of test automation using Python or equivalent scripting languages ・Technical knowledge regarding mmWave or high-frequency RF systems such as 5G ・Native-level proficiency in either Japanese or English [Preferred Requirements] ・Experience in developing embedded firmware or device control software ・Knowledge of low-level communication protocols including I2C, SPI, and UART ・Background in RF PCB design or layout review ・Expertise in SCPI-based instrument control and automated test frameworks ・Proficiency in version control using Git/GitHub [Desired Candidate Profile] ・Willing to work on development that spans both hardware and software ・Enjoys solving problems while working directly with physical devices ・Able to independently learn new technical fields
