Job Description.
The candidate will be responsible for front-end development of any of the products in the Rakuraku series, including the addition of new features, performance improvements, technical improvements, and innovations.

1.Front-end development
　Front-end architecture design
　Estimation, design, and implementation

2.Creation/review of development deliverables
　Ensure quality by reviewing design and code
　（Collaboration with designers and server-side engineers (within the same development division)

3.Training and management of team members
　Progress management
　Lead and follow up on technical and behavioral aspects
　Create/revise training curriculum

Specific tasks
Enhancement of functions to provide new user experience
Renewal of "Rakuraku Seikatsu" and "Rakuraku Kozei" to modern architecture
UI/UX improvement of existing functions in "Rakuraku Attendance", UI renewal of self-onboarding function, and new development of setting wizard function
Development work related to design changes to unify the UI of the Rakuraku series
Web accessibility initiatives

Development System
More than 20 front-end engineers, basically in-house development mainly by full-time employees.
Each person has his/her own service to be in charge of.

RakuRaku aims to increase work efficiency through cloud and IT technologies, and to help solve social issues where people and time are in short supply. One of its representative services, the Rakuraku series, is particularly strong in developing multiple services to support back-office operations (accounting, finance, human resources, sales administration, etc.).

We provide multiple SaaS services, and by enhancing each product, we are developing products that are widely used. For example, we focus on improving back-office operations for medium-sized companies, and aim to create products that are widely used without customizing them for specific customers. Hiring Background
Providing high quality front-end and UI/UX that users constantly come into contact with is a very important point for increasing the value of our services. In order to achieve this, we have a dedicated front-end team.
Although each service has different challenges, we are looking for front-end engineers who are experts in front-end development for multiple services, as the power of front-end engineers will be needed in various situations in the future, such as revamping legacy architectures and unifying the UI of the RakuRaku series. Annual salary 5,677,980 yen - 9,661,116 yen

356,125 yen per month (base salary: 278,000 yen + overtime allowance: 48,125 yen + other allowances: 30,000 yen)
Including fixed overtime allowance of 20 hours per month (overtime in excess of 20 hours is paid separately)
