Job Description

[Business Overview]
We deploy multiple cloud services that streamline operations, including "Raku Raku Seisan" and "Raku Raku Meisai," which hold the number one position in cumulative number of adopting companies.
Aiming to enter the "top 100 in market capitalization" in the future, we support the sustainable growth of companies through IT.
Currently, we have entered the "Quality Growth" phase, which also strengthens profitability, and as an engineering organization, we are promoting themes such as "feature development incorporating AI," "becoming cloud-native," and "accelerating delivery" with a sense of speed.

[Recruitment Background]
The AI Development Section, currently composed of approximately 10 employees, collaborates with 7 products to develop AI functions and support verification.
To implement AI functions across all RAKUS products (estimated at around 15 products, including new offerings) in the future, we are expanding the AI team to establish a system that can quickly deliver value to our customers.

We are seeking AI engineers who are interested in customer-oriented AI product development with a focus on speed, ensuring projects move beyond the PoC stage.

[Job Overview]
Take on responsibilities with high autonomy throughout the entire upstream to downstream AI development process for multiple products provided by the company.

(1) Research on Latest Technologies and Selection of Methodologies
・Catching up on the latest AI technologies and research trends through paper research, and exploring/selecting effective methodologies (Fields: Image Recognition, Natural Language Processing, etc.)

(2) Data Collection and Preprocessing
・Collecting and preparing data necessary for training AI models (log data, image data, text data, etc.)
・Preprocessing, such as handling missing values, noise removal, and data augmentation, to improve training quality
・Executing and managing annotation tasks when training is required

(3) Execution of PoC and Model Development
・Designing and improving optimal algorithms
・Optimizing hyperparameters

(4) Design of Evaluation Metrics and Accuracy Verification
・Creating and preparing evaluation data (measuring performance using unbiased metrics)

(5) System Implementation and Operation
・Creating APIs (Flask / FastAPI) and integrating/linking with production service systems
・Deploying to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, etc.), establishing stable operations, monitoring model performance, and managing retraining schedules

Annual Salary: 6,784,080 - 9,661,116 yen
