【About WITS Japan Inc.】
Established in 2003 as the Japanese subsidiary of Wistron ITS, headquartered in Taiwan. As part of a global company with business bases in Taiwan, China, and the U.S., we specialize in offshore Web system and application development.

【Business Description】
We are looking for a Project Support Manager (PMO) for a prime project.
This position is essential to the success of the project as a bridge between the project and the client.

* Checking, summarizing, and reporting on project progress
* Escalation to the project manager
* Taking minutes of meetings and preparing various reporting materials
* Contacting and following up with team members
* Various coordination tasks and general affairs
* Improvement of work efficiency by utilizing AI tools
  (taking minutes of meetings, organizing text, creating documents, etc.)

We will not ask you to do everything from the beginning.
　We will gradually expand the scope of work depending on your experience and proficiency.

Annual Goal Setting: Set goals every January and conduct biannual evaluations (June & December).
