・Global ENS (Expert Network Service) Division
Providing high-precision knowledge matching across regional and language barriers for professional clients, including consulting firms and financial institutions. Currently, the development of autonomous AI agents is underway to automate the matching of primary information that cannot be captured by public web information, and product feature expansion (Web, Mobile, API/Backend, AI/LLM features) as well as global business growth are accelerating.

【Recruitment Background】
With product complexity and release frequency increasing dramatically, evolving toward a cutting-edge quality assurance framework that goes beyond traditional boundaries is required to maintain a high level of quality without slowing down development speed.

Particularly in modern products incorporating AI/LLM, new technical questions exist—such as output uncertainty and consistency across microservices—that cannot be captured solely through conventional post-development testing. Overcoming these challenges and establishing mechanisms that achieve both "reliable releases" and "maximization of development speed" through engineering serves as a crucial key influencing product reliability.

Therefore, we are seeking a senior-level QA engineer (SET) who can organizationally drive "Shift-Left" by embedding quality from the early stages of development, and strongly lead the design of test automation framework and construction of quality evaluation infrastructure through CI/CD pipelines.

【Job Description】
Leading a series of phases from formulating system-wide quality assurance strategies across Web, Mobile, API/Backend, and AI/LLM-equipped products, to designing, building, and integrating test automation platforms into CI/CD pipelines.

【Job Details】
Cross-product test strategy and test plan formulation
・Defining optimal test approaches and test plans across Web (Frontend), Mobile (iOS/Android), API/Backend, and AI/ML features
・Promoting "Shift-Left" by participating from the requirement definition and design phases, and building mechanisms for early detection of specification flaws and defects

Design, construction, and operation of test automation platforms (E2E / API / Mobile)
・Selecting, designing, and constructing highly scalable and maintainable automated testing frameworks (Playwright / Cypress / Appium / REST, etc.)
・Improving test code maintainability, optimizing execution time, and controlling/improving FLAKY tests (unstable tests)

Establishment of CI/CD quality gates and release determination automation
・Integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI, etc.) to build fast and reliable feedback loops
・Achieving a safe and high-frequency deployment environment through the automation and optimization of release decisions

Establishment of quality evaluation methods unique to AI / LLM
・Formulating test approaches for LLM-powered features (output quality evaluation, regression testing accompanying prompt changes, edge-case verification, safety/reliability evaluation, etc.)
・Defining evaluation metrics for non-deterministic AI outputs and introducing automated verification logic

Practice of exploratory testing and establishment of defect management processes
・Executing advanced exploratory testing to uncover implicit specifications and unknown risks, and tracking the root causes of defects
・Organizing processes for prioritizing and resolving defects, and providing feedback to the development team

Technical decision-making and fostering a quality culture
・Promoting the visualization of quality metrics (test coverage, defect detection rate, escaped bug rate, etc.) and improvement proposals
・Collaborating closely with CTO, Tech Lead, Product Manager, and product engineers to lead the integration of quality awareness into the entire development organization

Required Skills and Experiences

【Mandatory Requirements】・5+ years of practical experience in QA / software testing (including 3+ years of experience in test automation construction) ・Extensive practical experience in Web E2E test automation using Playwright or Cypress ・API testing experience (Postman, REST, or code-based API testing, etc.) ・Experience executing and operating tests on CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Jenkins, etc.) ・Business-level English proficiency (used as the primary business language) ・Daily conversation-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N3 level or equivalent) 【Preferred Requirements】・Testing experience for AI/ML and LLM-powered features (including experience evaluating non-deterministic outputs) ・Experience in performance testing, load testing, or security testing ・QA experience in B2B SaaS, platform, or marketplace products ・Software testing certification such as ISTQB ・Mobile test automation experience using Appium (iOS and Android) ・Programming experience in TypeScript or C# ・Experience negotiating and collaborating with external stakeholders or vendors ・Experience in team leadership, vendor management, etc. 【Desired Candidate Profile】・Strong Quality Ownership: Ability to realistically balance risk and release speed ・High communication skills: Ability to collaborate smoothly in a multicultural team with both English-speaking and Japanese-speaking members
