Job Description

Management of a team of about 10 members (including overseas)
Provide multi-directional communication and coordination within the IT department, users, business front office, and management.
Provide technical direction (including information security) to team members in the area of responsibility (end-user services and workplace engineering)

Required Skills and Experiences

・【MUST】 Ability to communicate and coordinate smoothly within the IT department and with users and business front office. ・At least 3 years of experience in team management (including personnel management) ・At least 5 years of experience in system development, maintenance and operations (e.g. Windows operating systems, O365, SaaS, domain networking) ・Experience working in English (business level) 【WELCOME (WANT)】・Experience in automation with Power Shell ・Experience in automation with Power Shell ・Experience working in a matrix organization at a foreign company

Working Condition

Location
● Kaihinmakuhari (Headquarters)
※JR Keio Line, 30 mins train ride from Tokyo station (Direct Line), 3 mins walking from Kaihinmakuhari station
