Working Condition

【Expected Annual Salary】
¥4,200,000–¥7,800,000
Monthly Salary: ¥350,000–¥650,000
(System Engineer, PL: ¥450,000+ / PM: ¥550,000+)
＊Determined based on previous salary, experience, skills, and age
＊Salary review: Twice a year + additional opportunities as needed
＊Includes fixed overtime pay for 20 hours; additional hours compensated separately
