The Business Success Division is a division of top engineers, including the developer of the Shogi AI that defeated an active professional Shogi player, with a mission to create an AI revolution. We develop predictive and optimization analysis algorithms and big data analysis algorithms using deep learning and other machine learning techniques, and apply them to various industries including construction and finance. Working Condition

Working Hours
Working hours: 10:00-19:00 (8 hours)
Break time: 60 minutes
Telecommuting and flexible work hours are available with prior application and permission (core hours: 11:00-15:00).
(Core time: 11:00-15:00) ・For professional discretionary work system, 8 hours per day will be considered as working.
If, as a result of an interview and upon mutual consultation, a time-controlled labor system is adopted, a fixed overtime hourly rate of 20-45 hours will be paid.

Annual paid vacations: 10 days granted after 6 months of continuous service. Maximum 23 days)
