Job Description

◇ Attraction of the company "Ariberu" ◇
■ High psychological safety! (No stress on relationships or bosses!)
■ Remote environment! (As a policy, we are actively incorporating remotes!)
■ Environment where you can improve your skills! (90% are engineers, and because of the small number of people, study sessions and technology sharing are smooth!)
■ Foreign nationals are also welcome! (90% of employees are foreign nationals!)
■ Life work balance! (The policy is to avoid overtime as much as possible!)

◇ About Ariberu Co., Ltd. ◇

・ Our company originally started from the SES business, and has steadily built up trust and achievements by taking advantage of its small but solid operation.
However, from this year, we plan to further strengthen our efforts for contract development and in-house development.
For that reason, we are currently actively hiring engineers.

Our company Ariberu is by no means a flashy corporate culture, but all employees, including the president, have a reasonable sense of distance, and there are few scenes where we care about it unnecessarily.
It is an environment where you can simply devote yourself to your own business and development.

Therefore, I think that it is an environment that matches people who are not good at communication, do not want to wear down their spirits due to the relationships around them, and want to concentrate on development.

Our company was established in 2016 by representative Ono, who is also an engineer, and currently has 8 employees and 15 partners.
Everything except personnel and general affairs is made up of engineers, and it is an engineer-colored company.
It's just one of the more common system companies these days,
Our strength is that there is no stress due to the environment or human relationships such as overtime and power harassment, as the representative intends.

In terms of scale, it is a small and medium-sized enterprise frame, but if you turn it over, it is an environment where you can work at your discretion and it is easy to improve your skills, so I feel that it is a great opportunity at present.

◇ About 90% of employees are engineers ◇
All but two people, personnel and general affairs, are engineers.
Since the president is also an engineer, he has an understanding of technical proposals and is in an environment that is easy to realize.
Also, because I often work on one project for a long time,
It is not the end of making, but you can work on it carefully and feel the results.
